Design Notes

We divide the mamAB operon into 10 parts on the basis of BioBrick compatible.Use site-specific mutagenesis to remove the illegal restriction sites PstI(site 821 C-T), through synonymous substitutions (silent mutations).But there occured to a repeat sequence (when you use deleted these).
